Descrizione riassuntiva dello studio

Intervento studiato
Intervention Group 1 (IG1) - Awareness of Cervical Cancer Screening. Women in the IG1 group will receive an awareness letter encouraging them to undergo cervical cancer screening and to make an appointment at a medical center of their choice. The letter, sent by post or email, will highlight Swiss recommendations and the importance of regular screening for early detection.
Intervention Group 2 (IG2) - HPV Self-Test at Home. Women in the IG2 group will receive a free kit for vaginal self-collection of HPV infections with a prepaid envelope for returning the sample. The samples will be analyzed for high-risk HPV types using PCR. Results will be communicated via email or post, and positive women will be contacted for thorough gynecological follow-up, which includes a Pap test and possibly further examinations.
