Descrizione riassuntiva dello studio

This clinical study tests a new method for natural facial rejuvenation using the patient's own fat. A particularly fine, cell-rich portion is obtained from a small fat sample of the patient ('nanofat') and mixed with autologous blood plasma (PRP). This regenerative mixture is applied to different skin layers of the face – under the skin, with a microneedling device, and partially also superficially after laser treatment.

The aim of the study is to examine how well the skin and tissue regenerate after treatment, how quickly healing occurs, and how appearance improves – for example, in terms of freshness, firmness, skin texture, and facial contours. Part of the participants will be treated slightly differently on each side of the face to directly compare which application yields the best results.

The treatment lasts about one hour and is performed on an outpatient basis. The procedure uses only the body's own substances and is therefore very well tolerated. After treatment, temporary redness or swelling may occur, which usually subsides within one to two days.

Participants will be followed up for twelve months. During this time, photos will be taken, satisfaction questionnaires will be filled out, and the healing process will be documented. The goal is to develop a safe, sustainable, and natural method for improving skin quality and facial freshness.

Intervento studiato

Autologous nanofat treatment, enriched with platelet-rich plasma (PRP).
The autologous fat is obtained through micro-liposuction, mechanically processed (Lipocube™ Nano), enriched with 20% PRP, and applied in several skin layers: subcutaneously, intradermally via an oscillating microneedling device (> 50,000 microchannels/min), as well as partially topically after fractional CO₂ laser treatment.
Various application combinations (nanofat + microneedling ± laser) are being investigated regarding regeneration, healing process, and aesthetic outcome.

Malattie studiate

Facial aging (age-related changes in skin structure, elasticity, and contours).
Regenerative procedures for improving skin quality, elasticity, and tissue structure in the context of aesthetic-dermatological facial rejuvenation are being investigated.
