Summary description of the study

In diesem Forschungsprojekt wollen wir untersuchen, welche Parameter sich eignen, den Zeitpunkt des letzten Cannabiskonsums abzuschätzen. Diese Parameter können dabei helfen, die Fahrfähigkeit nach Cannabiskonsum zu beurteilen. Für unser Forschungsprojekt suchen wir für die Studiengruppe Personen, die regelmässig Cannabis konsumieren und für die Kontrollgruppe, Personen die keinen Cannabis konsumieren.

Criteria for participation in trial
• gesund und zwischen 18 und 65 Jahre alt • regelmässiger Cannabiskonsum • Im Besitz eines Führerausweises • Deutsch sprechend (BASEC)

Exclusion criteria
• Schwangerschaft oder Stillen • frühere psychotischen Erkrankungen (z.B. Schizophrenie, bipolare Störung) • akute psychiatrischen Erkrankung (z.B. schwere Depression) • regelmässiger, intensiver Alkoholkonsum (>15 Standardgläser pro Woche) • regelmässiger Drogenkonsum (mit Ausnahme von Cannabis) (BASEC)
