Test de marche sans thérapie par oxygène versus avec thérapie par oxygène
Summary description of the study
En cas de maladie pulmonaire, le test de marche de 6 minutes est effectué comme examen standard. Cela permet d'évaluer la capacité physique. Vous connaissez bien ce test lors des visites habituelles dans notre service de pneumologie à l'USZ. Dans cette étude, nous examinons si les patientes atteintes de maladies pulmonaires peuvent marcher aussi loin avec un test de marche avec oxygène supplémentaire (intervention « Test de marche avec oxygène », ≥4 litres/minute) qu'elles le feraient sans administration d'oxygène.

Maladie pulmonaire comme la bronchopneumopathie chronique obstructive (BPCO), l'hypertension pulmonaire (hypertension pulmonaire) ou la pneumopathie interstitielle

- Âge minimum de 18 ans - Consentement écrit - Patients avec hypertension artérielle pulmonaire (HTAP) diagnostiquée, hypertension pulmonaire thromboembolique chronique distale (CTEPH), maladie pulmonaire obstructive chronique (BPCO) avec emphysème, BPCO sans emphysème ou maladie pulmonaire interstitielle - Désaturation antérieure sous effort, définie comme une diminution de SpO2 >3 % - Traitement avec une thérapie médicamenteuse stable (sans changements au moins 14 jours avant le dépistage) (BASEC)
Exclusion criteria
- Hypoxémie sévère nécessitant une thérapie par oxygène supplémentaire, définie comme PaO2 < 6,9 kPa - Incapacité ou contre-indications à réaliser l'intervention étudiée - Incapacité à suivre les procédures de l'étude, par exemple en raison de problèmes de langage, de troubles mentaux, de démence, de handicap à la marche, etc. (BASEC)
