Prise de probiotiques contenant des bactéries Streptococcus salivarius K12 : colonisation de la cavité buccale, effets sur la flore buccale et valeurs inflammatoires orales
Summary description of the study
Les probiotiques contiennent des micro-organismes vivants qui devraient apporter un bénéfice pour la santé. Les pastilles BIOTICS-O de Burgerstein contiennent des bactéries vivantes Streptococcus salivarius BLIS® K12 et devraient soutenir de manière optimale la flore buccale et pharyngée. Dans cette étude pilote, l'effet de BIOTICS-O est examiné. 12 sujets sains consommeront quotidiennement une pastille pendant 4 semaines. Des échantillons de salive et de plaque dentaire seront analysés avant, pendant et après la phase de traitement. La question principale est de savoir si les bactéries probiotiques Streptococcus salivarius BLIS® K12 peuvent se coloniser dans la cavité buccale et si elles peuvent influencer la composition de la flore buccale. De plus, la salive des participants sera également examinée pour des marqueurs inflammatoires afin de mesurer un éventuel effet sur le système immunitaire. Cette étude pilote permettra d'évaluer l'impact de BIOTICS-O sur la santé bucco-dentaire.

- Personnes adultes en bonne santé (> 18 ans) - Pas de carie non traitée ou de maladie parodontale active (BASEC)
Exclusion criteria
- Prise de médicaments anti-inflammatoires, de substances antimicrobiennes et de probiotiques au cours des 4 dernières semaines (BASEC)
