Summary description of the study

L'objectif de cette étude scientifique est d'examiner la concentration d'ocytocine à l'aide de musique modifiée par une technologie d'amplification sonore chez des participants sains. De petites études antérieures ont montré une libération d'ocytocine chez des personnes en bonne santé avec cette musique modifiée. Nous souhaitons maintenant examiner si cela est reproductible.

L'ocytocine est une hormone produite dans le cerveau et libérée dans la circulation sanguine par l'hypophyse. L'ocytocine est impliquée dans des aspects psychosociaux importants et a un impact positif sur la relation mère-enfant, ainsi que sur des sensations telles que l'amour, la confiance et la détente. Dans certaines maladies, comme chez les patients atteints de troubles de l'hypophyse, une concentration réduite d'ocytocine dans le sang est suspectée. Cela pourrait expliquer pourquoi les patients présentent plus souvent des symptômes tels que l'anxiété et la dépression. La musique modifiée par une technologie d'amplification sonore est une nouvelle technologie qui fait ses premiers pas en médecine. Actuellement, la technologie d'amplification sonore n'est pas approuvée comme intervention médicale, mais a été utilisée dans diverses études chez des sujets sains. Certaines études ont montré que cette musique modifiée entraîne une augmentation de l'ocytocine chez les participants sains.

Criteria for participation in trial

Vous avez entre 18 et 65 ans
Vous êtes en bonne santé et ne prenez pas de médicaments (sauf contraception hormonale)

Exclusion criteria

Être enceinte ou allaiter
Avoir déjà souffert d'une maladie psychotique (ex. schizophrénie, trouble bipolaire)
Être actuellement traité pour une maladie psychiatrique grave (ex. dépression sévère)
