Intervention under investigation
Participants will be randomly divided into two groups: the so-called experimental group and the control group. The experimental group will be asked to perform breathing exercises. The influence on sleep quality, general well-being, and stress levels will be assessed through the evaluation of vital parameters. Additionally, subjective reports on stress levels and sleep quality over time will be recorded using questionnaires.
