StimuLOOP.PD-Sleep – Personalisierte Stimulationsschleife für die Neurorehabilitation bei Parkinson: eine Wirksamkeitsstudie
Summary description of the study
Ziel der Studie ist es, die Gehfunktion bei Patientinnen und Patienten mit Parkinson zu verbessern. Konkret möchten wir herausfinden, ob durch Festigung des Gelernten im Schlaf die Gangqualität und Mobilität schneller und nachhaltiger verbessert werden kann. Wir hoffen, diese Informationen nutzen zu können, um zukünftig Parkinsonpatientinnen und Patienten eine wirksamere Rehabilitation zu ermöglichen.

Intervention under investigation
Teilnehmer beider Studiengruppen werden während 15 Tagen ihrer regulären motorischen Rehabilitation mit einem tragbaren EEG-Gerät schlafen. In der Studie gibt es zwei Gruppen:
In der Behandlungsgruppe werden über die integrierten Kopfhörer in bestimmten Schlafphasen akustische Reize abgespielt. In der Kontrollgruppe werden die gleichen Abläufe durchgeführt, jedoch werden keine akustischen Reize abgespielt.

- Diagnose idiopathisches Parkinsonsyndrom - UPDRS III: Gang & posturale Instabilität Wert je 1-3 - ärztlich verordnete stationäre Neurorehabilitation (BASEC)
Exclusion criteria
- Kognitive Beeinträchtigung, Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCa) < 20 - Weitere neurologische oder sonstige Erkrankungen, welche anhaltende klinisch bedeutsame Gang-oder Gleichgewichtsstörungen verursachen - DBS-Implantation vor weniger als 6 Monaten (BASEC)
