Summary description of the study

Die experimentelle Studie untersucht den Wert neuer MRT- Techniken zur Bestimmung der Nierenfunktion, insb. um altersbedingte Veränderungen von frühen Zeichen einer schlechten Nierenfunktion zu unterscheiden. Wir konnten in dieser Studie zeigen, dass bestimmte MR- Parameter einer vom Alter abhängige Veränderung durchlaufen. Dies kann in der Zukunft wichtig sein, um solche Veränderungen nicht mit einer frühen Nierenfunktionsverschlechterung zu verwechseln bzw. eine solche sicher zu erkennen.

Neue MRT- Techniken, die einzelne Eigenschaften der Niere darstellen (z.B. Durchblutung, Zelldichte, etc.)

Criteria for participation in trial
- Patienteneinwilligung, Patientenalter > 18 Jahre - Nahrungskarenz für 3 Stunden vor MRI - Bestehende Nierenerkrankung (je nach Studienarm) (BASEC)

Exclusion criteria
- metallische Implantate, die nicht MRI- tauglich sind - Schwangere oder stillende Frauen - Bestehende Nierenerkrankungen/Nierenarterienstenose (je nach Studienarm) (BASEC)
