Summary description of the study
La psoriasi (psoriasi vulgaris) e il lichen ruber planus si manifestano spesso in aree cutanee meccanicamente irritate (ad esempio, indumenti che sfregano). Vogliamo esaminare questo fenomeno più in dettaglio in questo studio. A tal fine, una piccola area della pelle viene miratamente irritata meccanicamente tramite strappi di nastro adesivo o sfregamento con una spatola di legno. Per esaminare più precisamente i processi infiammatori causati dall'irritazione, verrà prelevato un piccolo campione di pelle e un tampone cutaneo nell'area irritata. Questo campione di pelle e il tampone verranno ripetuti dopo tre e quattordici giorni.

- Psoriasi vulgaris (psoriasi) o Lichen ruber planus (lichen ruber) o pelle sana (persone di controllo) - Età 18-70 anni (BASEC)
Exclusion criteria
- Trattamento con farmaci immunosoppressori negli ultimi 3 mesi o farmaci anti-infiammatori locali nell'area di irritazione cutanea negli ultimi 7 giorni o terapia con luce nelle ultime 4 settimane - infezioni batteriche, virali o fungine - gravidanza (BASEC)
