Virtual Reality Aggressions-Präventionstraining (VRAPT)
Summary description of the study
Aggressionen sind ein wichtiges Thema in unserer heutigen Gesellschaft und können nicht nur für das Opfer, sondern auch für den Täter viele negative Folgen haben. Dennoch ist bis heute noch vieles über dieses Thema unbekannt, insbesondere darüber, wie Personen mit Aggressionsproblemen am besten unterstützt werden können, mit ihren Aggressionen umzugehen. In dieser Studie möchten wir herausfinden, ob die Behandlung von Patienten/innen mit Aggressionsproblemen in einem forensisch und nicht-forensischen psychiatrischen Setting mithilfe des Virtual Reality Aggressions-Präventionstrainings (VRAPT) hilft, besser mit Aggressionen umzugehen.

Exclusion criteria
- Unzureichende deutsche Sprachkenntnisse (beim Sprechen oder Lesen); - Geistige Behinderung (IQ < 70); - Epilepsie; - Akuter psychotischer Zustand. (BASEC)

Einschlusskriterien:
- forensische und nicht-forensische psychiatrische stationäre und ambulante Patienten der Forensischen
Abteilung oder der Erwachsenenabteilung der Psychiatrischen Universitätskliniken Basel mit
aggressiven Verhaltensproblemen gemäß ihrem klinischen Behandlungsteam (das
einen leitenden Arzt, Therapeuten und Pflegepersonal umfasst).
Ausschlusskriterien:
- unzureichende Deutschkenntnisse (in Sprache oder Schrift)
- intellektuelle Behinderungen (IQ < 70)
- Epilepsie
- akuter psychotischer Zustand. (ICTRP)
