Elektrocochleographie in Cochlea-Implantat Patienten
Summary description of the study
Elektrocochleographie (ECochG) ist eine objektive Messung von Reizantworten auf einen akustischen Stimulus. Während der Einführung eines Cochlea-Implantat (CI)-Elektrodenträgers können sich ECochG Signale ändern und eine veränderte Innenohrfunktion hinweisen. Welche Änderungen der Reizantworten mit veränderter Innenohrfunktion korrelieren, wird kontrovers diskutiert.

In dieser Studie werden Elektrocochleographien bei Patienten, welche mit einem Cochlea Implantat versorgt werden/sind durchgeführt.

Grundlagenforschung der Innenohrfunktion bei Patienten mit cochleärer Schwerhörigkeit, welche die Indikationskriterien für eine Versorgung mit Cochlea Implantat erfüllen

- Einwilligung für Studienteilnahme - ≥ 18 Jahre alt - Bildgebung mit normaler Cochlea - Indikation für Cochlea-Implantat Versorgung (BASEC)
